trk and lua files

Hi All,

While messing about on DCS I find that I do not have installed on my computer what I need to open .trk files, or .lua files for that matter. I checked on line but Microsoft didn't offer any help.

Can any one give me any insight?

Track files are opened by DCS. Track files are basically mission files with a lot of extra data added, so you can open it within missions, replays, or the mission editor.

 

Lua files are just text files. Should be able to open them with notepad, but I'd recommend notepad++ or really any other decent text editor.
