Where are you seeing them displayed in red?

I just checked and the control bindings you list work fine for me, in both the 1.5.2. Beta and the 2.0 Alpha.

Everything listed under 'Adjust Controls' is just white text for me.

You could try left clicking on one of the bindings you have in red (so it's highlighted), then click on the 'Clear' button to remove it.

Having removed the binding, double left click on the now empty space to bring up the 'Add assignment panel' and re-enter the key combination, then click Ok.

Is it still listed in red?

Nothing will be saved until you click 'Ok' at the bottom, so just click 'Cancel' if you want to leave the 'Adjust Controls' page without saving any changes.

Actually I already tried that but, stupid me, I ran a repair and the problem went away. I hadn't considered that as I only recently updated it.
