Crew Chief 4.0/DCS Atc

I came across this excellent application for Race Room Experience & Project Cars. You run the app in the background and when you launch your game a "crew chief" tells you who is near or around you, and gives you important information regarding other units. I tried it and was blown away.

 

I was thinking something like this could be used as an ATC radio command in DCS.

I think an "A.I." speaking units movements and travel points could add huge immersion.
