Ground models disappear in NVG mode

Flying in the A-10C during night time, using NVGs, all ground vehicles virtually disappeared from view unless you got within 1 mile. Even burning vehicles, the smoke did not show until very close.

 

Even by using model enhancement set to large, did not help.
