discwalker Posted September 16, 2016 Posted September 16, 2016 Yeah "COALITION AIRCRAFT IN ZONE" is a better name for the proposed new condition. Thank you feefifofum. I tested the "PART OF GROUP INSIDE ZONE" condition. The attached test mission fails :( most of the time with the first check of the "ringmessage" trigger (during the early version runs, only the lead aircraft failed with that trigger) when run in offline mode. The other triggers work fine for me, in off- and online. mission: The player spawn into the checked 10km zone! 6 trigger zones in Krasnodar-Pashkovsky, Continous action / Switched conditions; the radars automatically turn on 5km range, so in that range you are unable to turrn off them in the custom f10 radio menu, and the RWR is display delayed DCS ver: 1.5.4.56500.155mp_part_of_group_inside_zone.miz GTX 1070 8GB, 16GB DDR3, W8.1 on SSD, DCS on another SSD

It's been a wild ride in 1.5 trying to keep up with the wonky triggers for sure, especially as testing in SP or in MP as host gives us false confidence. :lol: EDIT: while we're on the subject of group vs. unit, I'll save you a potential future headache: The other triggers working might lead you to believe SEARCH THEN ENGAGE UNIT would work for client aircraft; sadly not so. As far as I can tell there is currently no way to tell fighters to prioritize client targets. (my old go-to was to set hostile fighters to prioritize CAP so that the CAS/rotary flights weren't on the chopping block until CAP dropped the ball) PART OF COALITION IN ZONE -is- properly detecting client AC last I checked. The 'visible before start' check on deactivated ground vehicles still brakes their activation in MP. Server sees them moving. I workarounded by leave active and then a mission start trigger run a "group ai off", instead of activating run a "group ai on" GTX 1070 8GB, 16GB DDR3, W8.1 on SSD, DCS on another SSD
