phant Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 So far DCS has covered aircraft, helicopters and with the Combined Arms mod, land warfare, so with that said, do you have plans to introduce a naval element? With Combined Arms you already have the ability to have command level control over naval units. At some point in the future however, we hope to add direct, 1st person control to these units. We do have some big news on this front coming soon... Our aim is to see DCS World as a true Air-Land-Sea simulation. recoil17 Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 I caught that as well, exciting! "Simultaneous selection of fuel dump and afterburner during high AOA maneuvering may cause fuel to ignite with resulting fuselage damage."
SPSA10 Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 +1 that would be amazing :pilotfly::pilotfly::pilotfly::pilotfly::pilotfly::pilotfly:
Valinor Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 I guess he was talking about the carrier DLCs. I do hope however that instead of carrier DLCs they will let us do what they hope for on all cruisers.
Gaveroid Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Now all we need is infantry... we'll probably never see it but I would drool if we do. I've always loved the Arma games but I feel that the aircraft and vehicles aren't as simulation-grade as I'd like them to be, seems Arma's more about the tactics, and if DCS had air, land, sea, infantry, it'd be a true Arma killer.
