Gault05 Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Can anyone walk me through on how to implement or trigger a defensive mission for when you fail the former mission objective, kinda like how the Su-25T campaign missions are when you don't complete the said mission then it spawns a defense type mission? Exorcet Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 I'm not familiar with the Su-25 campaign. Can you describe? Have you used triggers at all before? If so generating a second mission within a mission shouldn't be all that hard. You just need to place the units in the ME before hand, set them to late activation, and then activate them when the first missions is failed. aileron Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 Nothing?? Eh, oh well. I'll eventually figure it out then. Just learning the editor myself, so can't help specifically. So just putting this out there in case you don't already know. But I find it enlightening to open the .miz file as a zip (rename it from .miz to .zip or use 7z to just <right mouse click><open archive> and go through it. Plus copy the mission to my own saved games mission folder and open it in the editor and look through how they set up their triggers and such. Just a thought.

That's what I'm trying to ask what I meant. The point is what triggers do I use to make a defensive mission spawn in the event the former mission is not met(mission score not met, exiting the mission, shot down/dead.) Exorcet Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 There is a "Load Mission" trigger, you just need to give it a file. Example Once > time more > Load Mission Awaiting: DCS F-15C Win 10 i5-9600KF 4.6 GHz 64 GB RAM RTX2080Ti 11GB -- Win 7 64 i5-6600K 3.6 GHz 32 GB RAM GTX970 4GB -- A-10C, F-5E, Su-27, F-15C, F-14B, F-16C missions in User Files
