So, in following up on an old thread from 2013 where one has a nice overview of the trains running along certain tracks, I thought to do the same with DCS2.0 to see if there's a difference and try to get a complete picture of the whole train timetable thing.

This is still WIP but you can help if you want to. What I did was the following:

- Set civil traffic to low

- Set date for june, 10:00

- Set one game master or tactical commander

- Start mission

- Use CTRL - F11 on the F10 map to enter the world as a camera

- Move across the rails until you spot a train

- Follow train with time compression (use mouse scroll wheel to set your speed) and when it stops or switches direction, note lat/long coordinates of tunring point and time.

- Follow train back to other stop or switch point, note lat/long coords and time

- Repeat a couple of times

- Calculate time of travel

- Find next train

- Rinse and repeat.

So my first flying over the map started in Tblisi and ended up near Suhkumi. Here's what I found:
Time of train, Lat/long

10:59, N42 12.133, E042 46.416

11:20, N42 09.981, E042 22.200

The above mentioned track is called Samtredia - Chognari/Kutaisi track by me..

Other track, not identified yet:

12;39, N42 17.033, E042 01.000

13:06, N42 27.983, E041 48.700

Travel time roughly 57 minutes

14:15, N42 28.000, E042 28.050

14:32, N42 38.833, E041 48.700

Travel time roughly 34 minutes

15:39, N42 43.250, E041 27.833

16:10, N42 53.983, E041 07.016

Travel time roughly 1:01 hours
By no means is this complete but it's a start. A wing mate checked on his system with his own made mission if he could find a train on the first mentioned position and he did timing was 1 minute of or so but I haven't fine-tuned it yet.

If you have a dreary evening or nothing to do in general and want to help out, go into the game and go trainspotting :).

I'll augment the list as I find more and more trains...
