M-2000C default skin only for Nevada 2.0?

I'm loving the beautiful M-2000C in both the Open Beta 1.5 and in Open Alpha 2.0. Fantastic work!

QUESTION: In the mission editors I can apply other skins to the pilot's M-2000C, but when I start the mission they only appear in Open Beta 1.5; when flying a mission in Open Alpha 2.0 only my wingman appears to have acquired the new skin, while my plane still has the default skin. I've tried several skins with the same result.

Is this a known issue with the M-2000C and Open Alpha 2.0? Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!

Where are you installing your liveries?

K:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World 2 OpenAlpha\Bazar\Liveries\M-2000C\

UPDATE: I tried putting the skins into K:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World 2 OpenAlpha\CoreMods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C, and while they show in the mission builder menu and can be assigned to the pilot's M-2000C, they still don't appear on the pilot's aircraft when the mission is run.

This is also an issue with the default liveries installed with the M-2000C; they work fine in 1.5, but will not apply in 2.0.

BTW gospadin, your English cockpit for the M-2000C works great and is very much appreciated!

The 2nd location you listed is the correct place to store liveries.

Edit: which liveries specifically are you trying to install? Are you sure the liveries you downloaded are formatted correctly? Both 1.5 and 2.0 now use CoreMods, so they should be cross-compatible.

My only thought is maybe your entry.lua for the M-2000C got corrupted, so try a repair?

dcs_updater repair

from within the bin directory.

Both paths are correct to install the liveries.

...\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World 2 OpenAlpha\Bazar\Liveries\M-2000C\

or

...\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World 2 OpenAlpha\CoreMods\aircraft\M-2000C\Liveries\M-2000C

Make sure the liveries are in a folder format under ...\M-2000C

You should not see individual files , only folders containing liveries in ...\M-2000C

Thanks for the suggestions gospadin and speckfire. I finally got it working in 2.0, though I'm still not sure exactly what's going on.

I ran the 2.0 repair option (via Windows command line) and while that didn't seem to make a significant difference, I learned that in the mission editor properly coordinating an Airplane Group with Country and appropriate Paint Scheme appears to be the key to getting the desired paint scheme to show up in flight.

With your help I have determined that repaints can be applied to the M-2000C in 2.0, just not quite so easily (at least for me) as with other mods. I'll keep at it and share any relevant discoveries. Thanks again.
