sunlight on cockpit backlighting should be occluded by the canopy

Noticed this while fixing my english cockpit.

 

The hull of the airplane doesn't block sunlight's effect on cockpit backlighting, but it should. If the sun is setting, and you're flying east, your seat should keep all instruments in the shade and front panel backlighting should be orange as normal. However, it actually doesn't glow at all.
