HUD Pitch scale pendulosity still bugged

DCS V2.01

The HUD pitch attitude scale is still showing the gross pendulosity effects in the latest patch. This has been there since Alpha release. Its especially noticeable in APP mode with the ILS display. Any minor roll input results in the Pitch scale moving away from the direction of roll. the ILS dashed line darts away from the velocity vector.... rendering it pretty much unusable as a tracking reference.

Similarly in straight 1 G flight entering a turn results in the entire HUD pitch scale moving away from the HUD centre and the Velocity vector. For example slowly roll to set up say 30 degrees left bank. Instead of the pitch scale smoothly rotating about the velocity vector it moves away from the HUD centre in a pendulous fashion the pivot point being the top of the HUD.

Varying bank angle results in the HUD pitch scale moving laterally across the HUD. Its as if the pitch scale is rotating about the top centre of the HUD... this results in a most unnatural movement of the pitch scale with roll inputs. As discussed previously the Pitch scale should imo be referenced in roll to the velocity vector... as it does for instance in the F15

This was first brought up in this thread :

The first video shows quite clearly how the HUD pitch scale should react and its rotation point in relation to the velocity vector.

The subject of the pendulous error was reported here as well:

The attached track illustrates the issue clearly

The problem is more complex that you can see in your description and it does not have an easy fix.

We are not ignoring it, it is just that so far a solution has eluded us. We will fix it as soon as possible.
