Jazz_44 Posted February 21, 2016 Posted February 21, 2016 Hi Everyone, Can't find a good answer for this in a forum search. I'm using TrackIR 5 for a while now and the issue is that when I physically lean forward - the zoom in works, but only for the cockpit. The environment doesn't change. I have seen in some YouTube videos that when someone leans over it also zooms in the environment, how can I set it up? Thanks,
firmek Posted February 21, 2016 Posted February 21, 2016 If I'm correct you may have the zoom assigned to "zoom in"/"zoom out" controls from "view cockpit" category. What you're most probably looking for is "zoom view" under "axis commands". If you would like to have the z axis assigned to head movement rather than zooming you should set the "absolute longitude shift camera view" under "axis commands" to "TRACKIR_Z". F/A-18, F-16, F-14, M-2000C, A-10C, AV-8B, AJS-37 Viggen, F-5E-3, F-86F, MiG-21bis, MiG-15bis, L-39 Albatros, C-101 Aviojet, P-51D, Spitfire LF Mk. IX, Bf 109 4-K, UH-1H, Mi-8, Ka-50, NTTR, Normandy, Persian Gulf... and not enough time to fully enjoy it all
Jazz_44 Posted February 22, 2016 Author Posted February 22, 2016 Thank you firmek, that was it - Zoom view, assign to TRACKIR_Z
