SA 341F-variant?

What was/are your thoughts on the SA 341F?

 

I'm asking just because it would be a blast to fly as Recon and/or versus other heli,

as the SA 341F (AFAIK) would be armed with a 20mm cannon or AA missiles.

 

The question is mainly if you ever considered this variant, or if you're only making the M?

In an interview a while back, it was stated that they allready modelled this variant with the 20mm guns. Both in 3D models and in programming. (wich I think would be awesome!) But they are waiting for the eurocopter group to give them permission or something. I can't really say.

C6: Are there multiple versions of the Gazelle (export, cannon, HOT ...)?

 

Pat: Yes, true there are several models of Gazelle SA341, SA342, canon, HOT, Mistral ...

 

We would like all get out. It all depends on how to pass the output of Viviane HOT. Be notified after! The other models are already ready: gun, rockets, air / air, but as we have the authorization of ED for one model we go step by step.

 

Basically, they are waiting for some kind of autorization from ED appearantly.

I still wonder if these "other" versions will be updates to the current module, or new modules altogether.

I just hope it's not a case of "if your first one sells well, then.." -.-
