What are your Joystick axis curvature settings in DCS? I'm searching the best setting when you can keep energy when you're pulling on the stick. For the moment I've tryed 30% and I've only 1/2 cm of free before reaching G limits :(

That sounds like you have a calibration problem with your stick. What stick are you using? Have you calibrated it in windows so that it registers full travel?

For curvature, most people seem to start with between 15 - 20 curvature for both pitch & roll and adjust from there to suit personal preference.

Thanks Darkfire. I saw some negative value what is the result?

I don't think you should be getting negative values. Try this:

1) Run cmd or find your command prompt in the control panel.

2) When the c:\windows prompt comes up just type joy.cpl and hit return.

3) A window will pop up. Click the advanced button.

4) Find and click the "calibrate" button.

5) Follow the on-screen instructions.

This should make sure that Windows (and DCS) makes use of the full travel of your joystick and/or throttle setup.

What joystick are you using?

Curvature settings, ie. control response depend on joystick type, game and player's preferences. In years, I've tried many people's settings to finally settle on my own. For each and every simulator I play. And plane, also.

Just try, experiment and see what suits you best.

It may just be your English but, there is no magical curve setting that's going to give you energy. Like Rab and Dark said, it comes down to personal choice. The best thing to do is find the curve you like, then you can mess with the other stuff, if you feel the need.
