How to get FULL SCREEN in 1.5?

I down Loaded 1.5, Nice... In the Old Days we just clicked on something and the window went to full screen. :-)

 

Ok, what is the NEW way of making the window full screen in 1.5? And why not just have a button to click to go full screen?
