help with dual monitors

Anyone help? I've been messing around so much with dual monitors, trying to get them to do what I want, that now I can't get anything sensible on the screen and can't get access to the buttons to change it back to default. Is there any simple way I can change the monitor settings to default without entering the program, any file I could delete or change, for example?

Under ["Graphics"]:

Change the Values of ["Height"], ["Width"] to the values of your screen resolution.

 

Change ["multiMonitorSetup"] back to "1camera"
