game crash when binding controls HELP

I bought this module during the last sale but have only just had a chance to try it. I've been reading up about it for the last week and couldn't wait to get started. I've updated to the latest version and installed the module but when I came to bind my axis controls it goes to a black screen when I hit 'ok'. I can't go back into the sim without restarting. Any idea how to get it set up, my controls are totally messed up so I can't use it. I'm using a warthog throttle and stick and combat rudder pedals. Alternatively does anyone have a profile I can can use please?

I experiment the same crash in the game setting menu only for 2000C.

If i lauch a mission with M2000C and then esc, config keys, it looks ok.

This seems an easy way to fix the problem. Follow the path and delete the 'joystick' file. Repair DCS then it should work fine without any black screen.
