Keys not working after machine rebuild

I have made a total rebuild of my machine, and now my keyes dont work anymore, what do I do ???

Each license (disk) has initial 10 activations plus AAA technology (described below).

 

If StarForce detects changes to your computer hardware/software as described below, an

activation will be required.

 

An activation will be required if the hardware/software changes exceed 12 points as rated

below:

 

CPU ID: 13

Windows PID: 3

Computer Name: 3

Hard drive volume serial number: 3

MAC address: 6

RAM amount: 6

 

 

did you deactivate your modules before changing your system?

 

if not a guide can be found here at the bottom of the page, you will need to delete your reg keys and start again

I cant deactivate nor acitivate any of my modules, cause I dident do it before I rebuild the machine. I wasent aware that I had to deactivate them.

If I follw the guide you provided, I cant do any of the above....:cry:

did you do a fresh install of your OS or did you just upgrade your hardware only?

 

if you did not do a fresh install of your OS you should be able to use the reg keys to delete your registry entries.

 

If you did a fresh install this will not work, I would suggest opening a support ticket by login in here http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/

I did not reinstall my OS

then you need to remove your dcs modules from the registry using the provided keys in this section

 

Problem with Activation

 

These reg files can help you if you did an upgrade of PC without correct procedure of de-activation of the serial number.

 

You have to download reg file for affected module (you can use Save Link As ... option).

Please run the reg file it will delete old (wrong) information about activation from your Windows registry.

Then please try to activate your module again.

after you have done that your modules will need to be reactivated
