Viper26 Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 I have a set up the uses a GeForce 970 and I'm using 3 21 inch screens for game play. I have two 8 inch monitors for MFDs. I don't have the money to buy another card so I want to use the other PC that has two Geforce 260s that I want to use. How do I network both computers so that I can extract the MFDs to the other PC using the two cards for MFDs. Help please.

agrasyuk Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Deamon, im quite sure OP want asking about networking aspect but rather DCS setup. And even then I would be quite cautious of the information provided in the article you linked to. With stuff like . A crossover cable is also known as twisted pair ethernet cable. I doubt it's author qualifications to talk about the topic. OP, there is no native way to achieve what you asking for as fas as I know. With networked helios setup you can transmit gauges, but not viewports. There was a software capturing screen area on main PC to then send it to specified client PC at about 10 exports a second but The link escapes me at the moment. I will be very happy person if anyone disproves me and shows how it can be done Anton. My pit build thread . Simple and cheap UFC project
Hansolo Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 The software Anton is referring to might be IRIS; http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=116811 There is some assistance to setting it up by Boltz. I haven't tried it but it may do the trick for you. Cheers Hans 132nd Virtual Wing homepage & 132nd Virtual Wing YouTube channel My DCS-BIOS sketches & Cockpit Album
