Japanese F-15 Eagles

I was wondering if someone could help me make a mod that gives Japan F-15Cs? I know nothing about coding LUA so all of it is gibberish, does anybody know how I could give the aforementioned country Eagles? I think I might have to edit the LUA in Scripts > Database > db_countries but I have no idea what line.

 

Also, If i wanted to give Japan eagles AND give them liveries I downloaded couldn't I just add "JPN" to the description LUA of a livery in the line that gives country names?

Thank you very much! I used this along with about 15 minutes worth of combing through LUA lines to figure it out, I am trying to do the same for South Korea (trying to give them eagles) but am not having much luck. Hopefully I can find what I messed up, but thanks again for the link!
