How to activate Black Shark2 DLC on steam

I bought Black Shark2 DLC some months ago. Now I got my VIVE and I want to play it on steam.

 

What should I do ?

 

OR

 

What should I do to play DCS stand alone with my Black Shark2 DLC on VIVE?

I am new to DCS and just got a VIVE. Can you tell me please how to get the DLC to work. I bought Black Shark 2 Republic Campaign today, created a user account, pasted the key to it, ran the software, logged in and expected to see the helicopter flight options but nothing, just the basic free stuff. Steam says the DLC is installed. Help please, really eager to fly the helicopter in the VIVE. Thanks

Seems like you did buy a Campaign for an Airframe you do not own.

 

You need DCS Black shark 2 to run the Campaign.:book:

Thanks for the reply, I missed that. Sorted now, refunded the campaign in STEAM and bought the helicopter, been flying ever since.

So does anyone care to share how they got the BS2 Upgrade to work on Steam? I purchased it in the store here in 2011. All my other modules have installed, including the original Blackshark, but the BS2 serial number comes up as invalid.
