Gliptal Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 As with the manual thread, I'll list the issues I found with keybinding all in this thread. Again, I hope it's useful for the devs. SENSORS - PRF switchMissing both the normal and 3way logic binds. - RANGE SELECTOR switchSwitch is not animated when the keybinds are binded to the China Hat on the TM Warthog Throttle. EXTERNAL LIGHTING - PHARES switchMissing the TAXI central position bind. Also could be added to the 3way logic binds.
GregP Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 It should also be noted that the PRF function that does exist in the controls GUI doesn't work. Same goes for HUD brightness. And TDC cursor mode needs a keybind.

Rlaxoxo Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulse_repetition_frequency SO High PRF at low distances and low PRF at high? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Youtube Reddit
Gliptal Posted April 30, 2016 Author Posted April 30, 2016 SO High PRF at low distances and low PRF at high?I think it's more about the relative speed of the target.
Azrayen Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 SO High PRF at low distances and low PRF at high? On the contrary, HPRF has more range (for a fighter-borne radar). But as Gliptal said, one parameter isn't enough. HPRF is better for high relative speed. LPRF is better for low relative speed. Then you have to take into account weapon system specifics. For example, Zeus said HPRF is needed to lock & fire a S-530D. So that's your main mode, and you will keep LPRF for specific search needs.

How do you change PRF? I can't seam to find the switch on the radar panel : P [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Youtube Reddit
Azrayen Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 I can't seam to find the switch on the radar panel : P You have to look again, then. It's there :)
moonatic Posted October 10, 2016 Posted October 10, 2016 Relying upon the opening post i want to add that the "PRF Selector: High->Int->Low" Binding isn´t working... tried it with Stick- and Keyboardbindings. What works is to Bind High, Int and Low on separated Keys but i want to lay that on an up and down switch while i have no 3-pos switches on my stick. thanks
