tusler Posted April 29, 2016 Posted April 29, 2016 I am wondering what role this is suited too:wassat:. I know the small helo in the Gulf war was used for recon because they did 60/60...60 feet high at 60 knots and were very difficult for the enemy to detect. I'm going to pick this up just for the fun of flying it and supporting the DCS community:yes:, but was just wondering. Ask Jesus for Forgiveness before you takeoff :pilotfly:! Jacks Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 (edited) Recce. Providing coordinates to the mirages and A-10s to then prosecute. It will be good when the INS and PI bombing mode is available on the mirage as the coordinates from the gazelle can be placed straight into the INS. Also it will come into its own at night where it's optics outperforms the KA-50s. Mt5_Roie Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 She's pretty good at staying outside range of AA vehicles and taking them out. Staying low tot he ground and sneaking up on them and BAM....AA gone. Coder - Oculus Rift Guy - Court Jester
