Has anyone configured a touchscreen monitor for Helios in Windows 10?

Hi guys, hoping anyone can help. Just got my new 27 inch Acer touchscreen monitor and am trying to use Helios for the first time. Surprisingly I'm running into a snag in an unexpected area. Setting up the Helios and panels is going smooth but I can't get my touchscreen to communicate with the Helios panel. Now the touchscreen shows input from touch but nothing happens on the panel. Though the panel works fine with mouse input.

Now I'm trying to configure the touchscreen as instrUcted in the Helios setup and guides. But it looks like these were written and done in Windows 7.

I find that on the PC tablet control panel and Pen and touch control panel, there are several tabs not listed (i.e. Touch and flicks). And I can't find these tabs anywhere. Hence I cannot follow the directions and uncheck. I also can't find the Input Panels settings to uncheck the Input panel tab.

I'm assuming this impass is why I can't get my touch screen to affect the Helios panel.

Any thoughts or help would be so appreciated

I'm guessing you figured it out already, but in case not:

Hit the windows key and type calibrate. That will take you to the calibration wizard known from Win 7.
