Mig-21 won't activate anymore, "Unable to access or modify the system registry".

Hi all.

 

I don't know exactly where to put this, but I'll try putting it here.

 

A couple days ago I changed the clockspeed of my CPU.

Apperantly this counts as major hardware change and the Mig-21 got deactivated.

All other modules kept working fine.

 

Now when I try to reactivate it, it says it is unable to access or modify the system registry and I'm unable to activate the Mig-21 now.

I tried reinstalling it, deactivating it but it just won't work.

Does anybody have any tips as to how I solve this problem? I'd like to fly my Mig again :)

Whenever I have any issues with MiG activation, the reg fix is the first thing I try (with 100% success rate so far):

Indeed, it works well. I had similar issues when I updated my system recently, and the fix is in the post referred to above.

 

I understand the frustration you feel, but it is fixable.
