domini99 Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Hi all. I don't know exactly where to put this, but I'll try putting it here. A couple days ago I changed the clockspeed of my CPU. Apperantly this counts as major hardware change and the Mig-21 got deactivated. All other modules kept working fine. Now when I try to reactivate it, it says it is unable to access or modify the system registry and I'm unable to activate the Mig-21 now. I tried reinstalling it, deactivating it but it just won't work. This is the error it shows me: Does anybody have any tips as to how I solve this problem? I'd like to fly my Mig again :)
Art-J Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Whenever I have any issues with MiG activation, the reg fix is the first thing I try (with 100% success rate so far): http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=136153 i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
NeilWillis Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Indeed, it works well. I had similar issues when I updated my system recently, and the fix is in the post referred to above. I understand the frustration you feel, but it is fixable.
domini99 Posted May 14, 2016 Author Posted May 14, 2016 Thank you! This fixed my problem, I'm in the air again. Thanks :D
