ebabil Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 In this post they succesfully removed centering springs from defender joystick. so now they can sync heli cyclic with virtual one. afaik in real helicopters (at least some of them) also operate like this, so there is no auto centering of cyclic. plus, is there any chance to convert this into long shaft heli cyclic somehow? since the ch hangar forum is down, i need your opinions. Sokol1_br Posted May 15, 2016 Posted May 15, 2016 If you dont remove your hand from the grip, yes you can remove centering springs. If remove springs and dont add some mechanical system to retain the stick position, they fall to end of course, and probable your heli together... :)
