Rift CV1, no audio through headphones.

I cannot figure this one out. I can't get audio through my CV1 headphones. I feel like I've tried everything. Any ideas? Thank you!

Right Click Speaker Icon on WIndows Taskbar,

 

Playback Devices,

 

Should say USB Device,

 

If not select and set as default
