3ds Max 2012 missing tbb.dll

My 3ds Max 2012 is now saying it can't load tbb.dll. I can't see that DLL in my backups, so I'm somewhat at a loss.

 

Ideas anyone?

Re install time prolly, check virus scanner vaults

 

C:\Program Files\autodesk\3ds max 2013\plugins\tbb.dll
