I`ve made two images in Photoshop just to illustrate the effect

looking left from the cockpit:

Moving head in cockpit (left to right for example):

doubling_02.jpg

Severity of the doubling depends on how fast screen content is changing (speed and altitude of flying or speed of head movement)

Notice that there is almost no doubling on far objects, since they are moving much slower in screen space

Dude, this is just reprojection kicking in at 45fps. You don't have a strange, unexplainable phenomenon caused by aliens.

This is normal.

I have not experienced anything such as that!! Wow...:noexpression:

These were created in photoshop, exaggerating the effect.

If you look to the side when flying low at 45fps, you'll see the same.

The second image is completely wrong though. Looking at the cockpit only, you'll never see this, btw. Reprojection compensates your head movements and it will seem fluid. It's only on world objects that move RELATIVE to your head that you'll see this.
