repeat mission

Hi Baltic Dragon,

 

is there a way to repeat a mission?

I was doing Mission 3 but told to wait 7 minutes for Alpha group to arrive at location but was never called back.

Maybe I missed a comm?

 

Can I repeat a mission in some ways?

Hi,

 

Most probably there was some problem with the radio settings (this is the usual case). Or you didn't wait long enough - 7 minutes was because it normally took that time for AI to get to the Mosque, but you know the AI... :)

 

Unfortunately, the only way to play the mission again now is to launch it as a single mission. I will soon update the campaign in a way that will force you to fulfil at least one of the objectives and then land in the main or divert airport for the campaign to progress, which will be more realistic I think.

No worries, I completely understand. :) since AI was talking about Georgian girls in the first mission, thought they were chasing those rather then getting to the objective!

BTW are you using Open Beta or stable release? There is a problem with late activation of units in OB (they won't move) so I would recommend using the stable release for Enemy Within.

I am using OpenBeta.

I don't have the Stable release installed.

I have experienced something similar in mission 3. Problem was...; the enemy didn't neutralized all allied infantry from the first attack wave, which I suppose would trigger the next stage... and so I could follow an allied soldier running along the river north, eager to kill him my self, just to trigger next event ;)
