Thanks bro.

But did you ever try this in multiplayer??

I can do it very well with old version. But lock on target is getting harder now

It works for me. Well, it worked when i tried last which was some months ago. But I've never needed all three ECM filters. It was always the middle one that worked for me. Are the other 2 ECM filters of any use in DCS?

Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

Yes, bro. some months ago we can use the radar to burn through the ECM without any problem.

But not for this newest update. I just want to make sure that the ability of "burn-through" is still working now?? or it is be locked now??

The 'continuous' ECM filter seems to work for me in multiplayer. Locking targets with or without it is very difficult though. Last time I was in multiplayer the radar screen went blank as if the radar was switching to STT mode when I pressed the lock button with the range gate over the target but the radar would then just go back to search mode instead. It took me 5 tries to get a lock on another MiG from behind at 8km range.

Well, from what I've read (And some guessing on my part) the continuous filter is for Active Jamming (AKA ECM jammers, etc.)

Passive filter is for stuff like Chaff, etc. which is not currently modeled in DCS. All Chaff does is act like a flare for radar guided missiles code-wise, they don't show up on radar.

Intermittent Filter switches between the two or something like that.

Currently only Active and intermittent combat ECM jamming.
