Combined Arms positions wish

Password control for CA slot, or user GUID, or username and the function to push the user back to spectator if not accepted for the slot. Having them open to all does not provide possibility to have professional people reserve for these positions, we really need skilled people in the Game Master, Technical Commander, JTAC and Observer positions.
