Country specific aircraft cloning?

So since we all know that weapons aren't country bound. Why not create clones of various aircraft types and make them bound to only that specific country so it can carry those weapons and have those capabilities?

 

For instance. The regular F-15E for the US. We could clone that and create an F-15I RA'AM. Basically the same model with a different name. And then we can give this model it's own missiles like the Python 4/5 or the Derby etc. The same thing can be done to the F-15C. We can create the same model specifically for Israel with the name BA'AZ and give it the Python/Derby missile along with air to ground capabilities since their single seat F-15s are multirole.

 

The same thing can be done in the case of the F-16. Like for the USAF we have the F-16A and the F-16C blk 52. And for some of the European countries, there are F-16A MLUs, however these are the same models but with different names. And in the future we could have these MLU F-16s carry the MBDA Meteor.

 

This can also be done for the Chinese Su-27s, we can rename them J-11s and give them missiles like the PL-21 etc.
