Brewnix Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Hello all. Currently I use these scroll wheels on my x52pro Throttle to change the radio freq on the a10c. When I spin the wheels its register as a button press. Normally off and when spun momentary on. Is there a place to buy these separate or maybe the exact name they would be? Or a rotary switch that is like a scroll wheel. I have done Google search's with no real success. Tnanks! 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
algerad3 Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 How are you making the scroll wheels work in DCS? 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] CPIAS FOR Saitek: Saitek Flight instrument panels and X-52 pro mfd scripts for Dcs http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=94174
Sokol1_br Posted June 12, 2016 Posted June 12, 2016 Encoder work in that way, press sequentially one button if turn CC, other button if turn CCW - some press a 3rd button if the axis is pressed - similar to mouse scroll. But they required a USB controller with support support for encoder. If you want one "rotaries" for replace in X-52, don't know what model is used.
Brewnix Posted June 12, 2016 Author Posted June 12, 2016 just find a function you want use and scroll the wheel when you config it in controls at least the radio freq portion picked it up. When I rolled it was like button 36 or something. 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

I know this has probably been asked does mmjoy support endcoders? So on the x52 throttle those must be encoders. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Sokol1_br Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 MMJoy2, BU0836A/X, DSD, Njoy32 cards support encoders.
