What do you mean by X52? Saitek joystick? Any team speak can work with it. Just map a button to a key and then in team speak change the input to keyboard and mouse only with push to talk enabled key.

Edit:

It will work even without push to talk, you just have to change the settings which I have marked on screenshot.

Do, or do not, there is no try.

The newer version of teamspeak doesn't have the option to turn directinput on. Older does. if you can't do this, teamspeak will conflict with the saitek profiler and macros don't work.

EDIT: sorry I didn't notice the circled part. I changed it and it works. Thank you very much man

Glad I could help. It took me several days to find out why is my X-52 sometimes working and sometimes not as intended.

I also made a special profile in saitek profiler with press and unpress special commands for each key to get around the problem. Eventually I found out that the source problem is Teamspeak.

Finding a solution to this on google is not as easy as it could seem.
