[SOLVED] No serial

I just bought the flaming cliffs 3, very excited to play with some finally free time, so i paid my money through visa, order was completed and i didnt not get a serial numner, very dissapointed and wondering if anyone could help with this, the serial number is no where to be found on the order pages and no email was sent.

You shouldnt not use double negation. Confuses me ;)

 

Possible solutions:

1. Check your spam folder.

2. Get into the shop and watch the page with FC3 once again. Scroll a bit downward, where you can find a button, called "show serial number". Click on it.

3. Maybe you have to wait until the weekend is over.

4. If nothing helped, open a support ticket.
