2 Monitor setup problem

I would like to ask how or where I can change settings so I can use 2 monitors while flying in ka-50. I have already tried doing this myself but the game launched and all I got was a black screen so I probably did something wrong. Thats why I would like to ask you if you could provide me with a short guide explaining how to change the settings, so I can have the cockipt on a primary monitor (number 2 in windows) and skhval and possibly abriss, on the other monitor. Also I would like to ask if there is a problem when the monitors don't have the same resolution.

Thank you for the document. I did what the manual said (or at least I tried to) and I added up the resolutions as its described in chapter 3.1, you can check that on picture 1 I attached.

 

1. Monitor 1680x1050

2. Monitor 1768x992

 

The result is 3448x2042 but the problem is that the game is completely out of the monitor as you can see on picture 2 I attached. Because of that I can no longer change the resolutions. Is there a config file where I could change the resolution setting?

 

And I would be really grateful if you could tell me what values I should enter into the center, shkval, abris fields so it looks like on picture 3. Thank you very much.

OK, I tried it in the attached files.

Copy the "profil ka-50.lua" in your DCS/config/MonitorSetup folder.

And then open your "options.lua" in your user/saved games/dcs(whatever)/config folder and change the lines like in the attached one.

 

To change the settings you can use notepad++ -> https://notepad-plus-plus.org

does that mac have an HDMI in, or are you getting the navmap & TGP streamed via network? I have an Asus T300 i'd like to use as a tertiary control w/ helios, but getting it to display the TGP or nav map would help. only way i believe i can do this is via network. I think i can do helios via network, but unsure about how to go about streaming the display unless i actually use something like remote desktop?
