I've found 10 different sound files under 'c:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Sounds\Speech\Sound' most of them pronouncing it differently from each other; everything from 'lo-CHEE-nee' to 'lo-TSEE-nya'.
