sweeny Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Hello everyone I have an issue with my pro flight rudder pedals. I watched the tutorial from Ralfiedude about how to install pedals in DCS about 3 times! But they just won't work! My toebrakes are working perfect but the rudder itself doesn't. When I press the right pedal up and down nothing will happen. But when I press the left pedal up the aircraft will go right at first. When I'm coming down again it goes left. And when I'm pushing the left pedal down nothing will happen too. So it looks like DCS thinks that only my up left rudder is the whole rudder. Does anybody have an idea what it could be? I am hopeless right now because the Saitek Support says that they can't help me :helpsmilie:
jcbak Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 It sounds like you might want to check the mappings in the DCS Options menu. Make sure there is nothing else mapped to your pedals. Clear the category...including Axis Commands. Then map accordingly. jetsimace Posted July 21, 2016 Posted July 21, 2016 Are the Saitek drivers installed properly? I have version 6.0.8.1 installed but there might be newer versions available.. (For driver download please see http://www.saitek.com/uk/down/drivers.php ) If so, you can check your Gamecontroller (see attachment) via "Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals" icon in the taskbar or by setting up a shortcut to all your gamecontrollers: "target": C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL joy.cpl,,1 "run in folder": C:\windows\system32 (example is for Windows 10)
sweeny Posted July 22, 2016 Author Posted July 22, 2016 Thank you for the answer. I downloaded the normal drivers but it won't work.
