HELP:flyable

[Fitter]

Ok This isn't the first time I've asked this on this forum but I'm hoping that I'll get an answer.How would I get the Ingame Su17 to fly with a su25t cockpit.Also would I be able to re skin it? Or fly it in a multiplayer lobby? Here's a clip to show you what I mean.
