Flanker35M
Privet all! Owning all Flanker titles from 1.0 to Flaming Cliffs and now finally into movie making, which turns out to be a pain :( I need to make a video demonstrating an attack of the fearsome Su24M supported by appropriate fighter screen and SEAD escort. It is clear I need to fly one plane for certain details I need, but to the issue... How can I see how I have placed the objects on the field etc? It would be very neat to check them before running the mission, like in IL-2 where you can switch to 3D and back to the normal map/terrain view. Is this possibility included in Lock-On?:helpsmilie: Thank you for answers in advance  CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X3D Motherboard: ASUS TUF B550-Plus Memory: Kingston FuryX 64Gb GPU: AMD Radeon 6950XT 16Gb HDD: Samsung EVO SSD x 2 Monitor: Samsung 27" Flight gear: Virpil stick, MFG pedals OS: Windows 11 Pro
GhostRiderLSOV
Unless I'm mistaken (and please don't take my head if I am...), even with satellite view on from the mission editor, you can't see how the objects will appear in-game. Although I remember in Flanker that you could. I usually check them by launching the mission. As for agony, I'm trying to create another video too, but I don't have enough inspiration for the scenes. :P "Where you will be reunited with an old friend...the thrill of battle." - Admiral Tolwyn, Wing Commander IV
Wild.Bill.Kelso
I complained about this over a year ago. It is really hard to place object exactly where you want. I just started using the right-click measurement tool to see how close something was to another object. Also used the rotation knob to orient the object. Then had to Fly the mission, take a look, and exit and fix a few things. Then do that again, over and over, and.... over. sucks.
