improve smoke tail / all the cannons

Is there a mod which allows to improve the smoke tail for all the cannons ( no missiles ) ?

If you want one that will give it thicker smoke you would have to find the LUA and edit it. If you go to DCS World/Config/Effects/ParticleSystem2/gunSmoke you can change the particles limit. I do not know what this does so experiment and see what it does. In the LUA you can also see "normalSemiSphere2.tga" which is the texture that the gun smoke draws from. If you wanted to give it a go, you could download a program that can edit TGA files (or converts to them) and edit the TGA. This TGA is in DCS World/Bazar/Effects/ParticleSystem2. Photoshop will open TGAs, looking at the TGA I do not know how it will work if you edit it. Editing the LUA will most likely just make the trail longer (following the trend of editing the wingtipContrail LUA and its effect on the game).
