fruityflyer Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Hi guys, The other day I removed the spring from my T.16000m. After disassembling it and then reassembling it( this involves unscrewing the joystick sensor stuff in order to get at the spring) I plugged it back in and after hours of testing and fiddling around I still can't get it back to normal. Before, my joystick was very precise as it should be, but after this mod the axis have reversed themselves and also the input has become a bit jittery in places and I don't get full movement to the right or in each of the corners of he sticks travel. If anyone could help me regain my precision or tell me what I've done wrong I would greatly appreciate it!
Sokol1_br Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Looks like you misaligned the magnet/sensor. Reversed axis can be caused by inverted magnet or inverted sensor montage. Turn less or more the bolts that fit gimbal spring can change the sensor response - as approach or move away the magnet, try play with then.
fruityflyer Posted August 12, 2016 Author Posted August 12, 2016 Thank you very much Sokol. I messed about with it and its not perfect, there are still a few areas on the stick where I get stick jitter but its much better now than it was before! Thanks again!
Sokol1_br Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 (edited) there are still a few areas on the stick where I get stick jitter A possible cause can be a dented wire, so when this wire is stretched by gimbal movement cause intermittent signal. Edited August 12, 2016 by Sokol1_br
