TM Warthog Mouse Nipple into Axes/Hat

Hey Guys!

 

Sooo I finally got my TM warthog in the mail! I'm still learning how to do the software, i have just one question, the mouse "nipple" (where the slew hat is supposed to be), how do you make that into an axes or like a hat switch to be used in game?

There has been talk of this in the past, other than recommending the use of the forum search function I don't know what the latest is.

 

I am however interested in this too so if you find anything, please do reply :)
