labels max distance ?

I created some missions ( only for testing ) and i can't find out what's the max distance for the enemy aircraft labels.

I already modified the labels.lua file, but if i have an aircraft at about 150 km, i can't see the labels. The max distance i can see it is 65-70 km

What else do i have to modify, to be able to see an aircraft which is on the other side of the map ( Caaucasus ) ??

By the way : i didn't pay attention on the ME. Is this "feet" or " meter" ?

Depends on what you set your game settings, if you use imperial then it's probably feet, if metric, probably meters
