I was playing Blue Flag this weekend with another Mirage pilot and we both had issues with the HUD flickering on and off rapidly while locked on enemies in STT with the 530D selected (to the point where it was unreadable).

 

Unfortunately, I did not have time to do any further testing or to write down all the plane's parameters and settings. I did not see anything in the bug reports for HUD flickering so I am wondering if this is a new issue or feature since there was talk recently about changes to the HUD behavior.

 

If RAZBAM is unaware of this issue, I will try and find some time this week to recreate the issue and document it.

I think its already fixed. You would of noticed you didn't lose lock as well.

Known issue, fixed in development. We are just waiting for the patch.

Known issue, fixed in development. We are just waiting for the patch.

Normally patches hit us every friday (for either 1.5 or 2.0) but sometimes something comes up or a patch simply isn't ready so a week or two may be skipped. So no guarrantee! ;)

Eagle Dynamics are the only ones responsible for patch releases and all 3rd parties are bound by ED's schedule.
