klem Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 (edited) There appear to be no clickable points to move each throttle to IDLE, it has to be done with the keyboard. Even better would be detection of throttle movement from zero to a low percent to move the throttle to idle. The throttle would have to be moved to zero first though. For single throttle people like me (Saitek X52) the selected throttle would be determined from the start switch pressed. [/Quote]Update. I mapped my X52 throttle toggle switch #1 so that if I press the Alt key and move the switch Up the #1 throttle goes to idle. Similar for Down and throttle #2. Still have to use the Keyhboard (Alt) but at least it feels like I am doing something with the Throttle. I could have mapped it directly to the toggle switch but I might hit it in error while flying :doh: Edited April 30, 2017 by klem klem 56 RAF 'Firebirds' ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F mobo, i7 8086A @ 5.0 GHz with Corsair H115i watercooling, Gigabyte 2080Ti GAMING OC 11Gb GPU , 32Gb DDR4 RAM, 500Gb and 256Gb SSD SATA III 6Gb/s + 2TB , Pimax 8k Plus VR, TM Warthog Throttle, TM F18 Grip on Virpil WarBRD base, Windows 10 Home 64bit
LazerPotatoe Posted April 29, 2017 Posted April 29, 2017 I agree -- it doesn't make sense to have a key-command for moving the throttle, unless there is a clickable *unlock* button in the cockpit. You should be able to just check If ThrottleValue > 0 && ThrottleValue < 5% { move to Idle } LP modules: F5-E / A4-E / A-10A / AJS-37 / SA-342 / UH-1H / Ka-50 / Mi-8 / CA would buy: OH-58 /AH-64A / AH-1 / Sepecat Jaguar / F-111
mx22 Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 I guess it is done with Warthog owners in mind. On Warthog, I can have throttle in off position and then move it to idle...
