CCRP Bombing issue

Hi everyone,

 

I'm having a problem with the CCRP bombing, when I press the joystick button or the enter key to select the target this one doesn't get selected in the hud :joystick:. I have this issue since the 1.54 update, I looked in the forum for this problem, but it looks like I'm the only one.:( Help please!

You can't lock a ground target with the "radar lock button"(Enter). You need to use the command "Magic Slave/AG Designate/INS Update" for start a CCRP run. (Remeber to put the radar on TAS)

Hi all

I have the same problem. I can not fix ground targets for CCRP and gun run with target lock button.

Please let me know which commands or instrument setups to perform.

There is nothing mentioned in the current flight manual.

Yes, that's the button, Magic Slave/AG Designate/INS Position Update. It is a separate button than the one used to lock air targets (STT/TWS Toggle (Target Lock)). They are both in the HOTAS category.

 

As its name suggests, it has multiple functions depending on the avionics mode. I don't think it has a default binding.

Unfortunately in flight manual no such HOTAS on stick or throttle is mentioned.

 

What about fixing ground target for cannon ? This button is not working for cannon.

No kind of A-G radar designation for cannon. Cannons in A-G mode are working with the RS (Radio Sonde) on the PCA not with the TAS (Telemetrie Air-Sol)

Any video or description showing how to aim at ground target with cannon ?

It's not interesting to make video because AG gun piper isn't functional yet.
