What's the proper action for "Esc" key behavior in multiplayer?

Everyone else tells me I should be able to adjust controls while in multiplayer.

 

However, when I hit my Esc key, it's bound to the "End Mission" action which gives me a list of multiplayer slots, but no option to change my bindings.

 

Can someone please check out their setup and see what I am supposed to have Esc bound to?
