3WA Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 When you tell the log in to DCS that you have forgotten your password, its is supposed to send a checkstring. I have tried multiple times to get it to send a checkstring to me, but it never shows up in my email. It accepts my address, and says that it has sent the checkstring, but it is not showing up in my email account (hotmail).

So, I can't reach support Support, which is why I was trying to get the check string to change my password, which seems to be screwed up. It's a catch-22.
